Our client, a leading global real estate firm, is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to join their Office Leasing team on a 12-month maternity contract. Supporting a senior executive and a wider team of 15, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation known for genuinely valuing and investing in their business support staff.
About the Role:
* Full inbox management for the senior executive
* Complex and ever-changing diary coordination for the senior executive and wider team
* Supporting with invoicing and billing processes
* Organising international and domestic travel arrangements
* Acting as the go-to person within the office leasing team
About You:
* Experience within real estate is beneficial but not essential
* Solid experience with billing and invoicing is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn and develop your career
* Highly organised, on the ball, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
