Location: Rock Farm, Tarporley, Cheshire
Working Week: 4 days on-site, 1 day at college or 5 days on site if registered with a suitable training provider (approx 35 hours per week)
Weekly Wage: National Minimum Apprenticeship Wage (£7.55)
Expected Duration: 24 months

The RoleThis is a hands-on opportunity to train as a Carpentry & Joinery Apprentice, working alongside experienced professionals to learn traditional techniques and modern methods. You'll assist in designing, constructing and finishing high-quality products and fixtures from concept to installation.
Training & Development
* 4 days per week on-the-job training in our workshop
* 1 day per week college release or 20% off the job learning
* Full support from mentors passionate about teaching and craftsmanship
* Exposure to tools, materials and design techniques that build real industry experience
What You'll Learn
* Reading and working from technical drawings
* Measuring, cutting and joining wood with precision
* Using woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
* Finishing techniques for durability and aesthetic quality
* Communicating effectively in a workshop and client setting
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine interest in woodworking and design
* Is reliable, enthusiastic and keen to learn
* Works well with others in a collaborative environment
* Is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
Qualifications Required
GCSEs in Maths and English grade 3/D or above (desirable however could also be obtained during the apprenticeship)
Future Prospects
Opportunity to progress into a full-time role, with increasing responsibility and skill development in bespoke craftsmanship.
