We're recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running the kitchen at a one-of-a-kind Business & Industry hub in Central London. The space is a gorgeous warehouse vibe, relaxed, buzzing, with fresh, on-trend food, fitness facilities, and a busy events calendar. And yes, it's Monday to Friday!
You'll assist in creating standout menus for staff, meetings, hospitality events, and more, while helping manage P&Ls, costs, and stock. We need someone who can maintain a spotless, compliant kitchen, mentor and inspire the brigade, and uphold high standards. Paid overtime is available for any events you take the lead on in Central London.
