Role Overview:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
* Provide individual or small group support to students, helping to enhance their learning.

* Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress where required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children is essential. In a classroom or educational setting is preferable but not essential.
* A positive, proactive approach to supporting students and teachers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
* Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to obtain one.
