The Role
As Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for both client delivery and business development. This is a senior-level, client-facing position with opportunities to make a real impact on the firm's continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a significant client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounts and advisory services.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic and commercial guidance.
* Driving business development, networking, and winning new work to support the firm's growth objectives.
* Managing, mentoring, and developing senior staff to strengthen the firm's future leadership pipeline.
* Working closely with Partners to set and deliver strategic goals.
* Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
* Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value to clients.
* Representing the firm externally, building relationships across the regional business community.
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
* Have proven experience in a senior management role within accountancy practice.
* Be commercially astute with a track record of winning and developing business.
* Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across accounts and advisory.
* Possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
* Be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong professional networks and long-term client relationships.
* Have the ambition and drive to play a key role in the growth of a leading firm.
