Personal Trainer & Member Services Associate (Employed Role) Are you a highly skilled and experienced Personal Trainer with a passion for working with corporate clients? We are seeking a professional PT to join our team in a bustling corporate gym located within a large office building. This is an employed role (20–40 hours per week) combining personal training delivery, group fitness instruction, and member services responsibilities to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the gym. Location: Paddington Key Responsibilities Deliver personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs Support, motivate, and guide members in achieving their fitness goals Deliver gym floor inductions, fitness consultations, and programme design Option to instruct a variety of gym classes (e.g. HIIT, circuit training, strength & conditioning) Build relationships with members across the various companies within the building Proactively promote personal training services to engage new clients Provide excellent front-of-house and member services support Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment Assist with the daily operation and administration of the facility Requirements Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA recognised) — Level 4 preferred Experience delivering fitness classes or small group training CPR / First Aid certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude Ability to work flexible hours across Monday–Friday A genuine passion for fitness and helping people succeed What We Offer Employed role with guaranteed hours (20–40 per week) Opportunity to build a personal training client base No rent or overhead costs CRM system with access to client database Uniform and company marketing support A welcoming and supportive team environment Free access to gym facilities across the estate
