Salary: Full time equivalent salary range: £32,597 - £37,280 per annum Actual salary range: £22,101 - £25,276 per annum

30 hours a week, term time only

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in shaping the learning and behaviour of our students. In this role, you will take the lead in the classroom, guiding students and keeping them focused to ensure they make meaningful progress with the work set for them.
We are looking for someone with proven success in a similar role, ready to step in with confidence to provide daily cover for short term teacher absence. You will also offer valuable support to individuals and small groups, working closely under the direction of the classroom teacher to help every student shine.
