About the Early Years Teaching Assistant role You’ll work predominantly within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to shape young minds at a crucial stage in their development. Flexibility to support Key Stage 1 when required is essential. You’ll work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences and provide tailored support that inspires confidence and curiosity.
