Are you a telemarketer looking for a role that offers genuine variety and career development? At Hayward Miller, we’re seeking a personable and reliable B2B Telemarketer to join our growing team and client base in Thetford, Norfolk.
As a leading outsourced sales company, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise across various industries while being part of a multiskilled team delivering results for national and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling
* Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails
* Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion
* Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally
* Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services
* Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports
* Building lasting relationships that drive business growth
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular calling responsibilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
* UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)
* Friendly and personable approach to relationship building

What We Offer
* £28,000 basic salary + quarterly performance-based bonus (OTE £34,000)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
