As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a sharp, organised and data-driven E-Commerce Assistant to help us deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. Role Overview This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, loves problem-solving, and has a knack for turning numbers into insights. You’ll work closely with our E-Commerce Manager to support the day-to-day running of our online store, while also analysing performance data to drive smarter, faster decisions. You’ll have a hands-on role in maintaining site performance, supporting campaigns, monitoring stock, and optimising customer journeys — all while providing valuable data insights to help shape growth strategy. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations Support the E-Commerce Manager in the daily running of the online store (product uploads, price changes, stock updates, product descriptions, imagery). Manage and update promotions, bundles, and special offers across platforms. Monitor stock levels and work closely with operations to avoid overselling or stock-outs. Ensure product pages are optimised for SEO and conversion. Assist with merchandising and improving site navigation and user experience. Data & Performance Analysis Pull, clean, and analyse data from key platforms (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok). Track KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and customer retention metrics. Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards to share insights with the team. Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth. Support testing initiatives (A/B tests, landing page optimisation, new product launches). Customer Journey & Support Support customer service processes related to order queries, returns, and delivery issues. Identify and flag recurring issues to help improve the online experience. Work with marketing to ensure campaigns are accurately reflected online. Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform) is essential. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Klaviyo or other CRM/email marketing platforms (preferred but not essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
