This role offers a unique chance for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive (Account-Based Marketing) to significantly contribute to Civica's growth. Reporting to the New Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager, you'll lead targeted ABM campaigns to generate high-quality leads and pipeline opportunities.

* Develop personalized, targeted ABM campaigns for key customer segments aligned with Civica's marketing strategies for new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
* Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for sales.
* Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing Business Partners, Product Marketing, and Sales, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
* Use ABM tools like Demandbase for personalization, segmentation, and performance tracking.
* Manage campaign reporting and analysis, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by embracing new technologies and marketing trends.
Requirements
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS sectors, with strong ABM expertise.
* Experience in developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns using personalized customer journeys and multi-channel strategies to generate leads and grow pipelines.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Demandbase (or similar), Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools like Power BI.
