New Home Sales Consultant
* Annual Salary: £36,599 to £38,525
* Location: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire
* Job Type: Full-time, 12 Months Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)
Our client, a well-known housing association, are seeking a sales Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This role involves a geographical spread across Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire. As a Sales Consultant, you will be a front-line representative, responsible for delivering the sales budget and ensuring an excellent customer experience while upholding health and safety standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver the customer journey from site launch, lead management, and application processing through to completion.
* Engage efficiently with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Support the marketing team in implementing sales strategies.
* Contribute effectively with internal cross-functional teams to support sales delivery and future management of new developments.
* Manage the Sales Office and Show Home, ensuring they are presentable and meet company standards.
* Monitor all void properties weekly to ensure their ongoing security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales and customer service environment.
* At least 3 years of experience in shared ownership sales.
* Expert knowledge of intermediate and private sales products.
* Understanding of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales.
* Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
* IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Sales Office and Show home management experience.
