PIB Group is looking for a Group Conduct Officer Business Partner to join our Group Risk & Compliance (2LOD) team. This role supports our Specialty Division PIB's fastest-growing area with the highest number of acquisitions. The division primarily serves commercial clients but also includes personal lines wholesale activity and niche broking businesses. Youll provide oversight and challenge ensuring new and existing businesses meet PIB's standards and embed compliant client-focused practices.
Responsibilities
* Provide regulatory advice and oversight across commercial personal lines and wholesale business.
* Support acquisitions and integration including niche broking areas.
* Translate complex regulation into clear practical business guidance.
* Deliver training and briefings on FCA requirements and PIB standards.
* Review MI and support SMCR Consumer Duty ICOBs and Product Governance.
* Escalate and manage regulatory issues and breaches.
Qualifications
* 7-10 years compliance experience in a senior 2LOD business partnering role (insurance intermediaries preferred).
* Strong knowledge of FCA GI regulation (ICOBs SMCR Consumer Duty Product Governance Complaints).
* Experience across commercial / B2B distribution with exposure to personal lines and wholesale advantageous.
* Familiarity with Lloyds processes and insurer binder arrangements beneficial.
* Awareness of regulatory requirements from the Jersey Financial Services Commission / Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
* Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Organised pragmatic and solution-focused.
