Vision for Education is seeking a Children's Mental Health Assistant to work in a SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health needs) school setting in Stockton-on-Tees.
A specialist school in Stockton-on-Tees is looking for a Children’s Mental Health Assistant to support young people and children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will support students within their education, working in small class sizes to meet individual needs. Your responsibilities include supporting their educational, social, and emotional development.
Requirements
* Have a caring, supportive, and nurturing personality.
* Experience working with individuals with social, emotional, or mental health needs.
* Relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
* Patience, caring nature, and adaptability to support each young person.
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
