Billing Analyst

DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:
* Raising sales invoices/credit notes
* Collections – you will be the first point of contact with Accenture and other stakeholders
* Maintaining different billing portals
* Ensuring the timely availability of billing backup
* Managing daily workflow tasks in line with agreed SLAs

* Proficient in Excel
* Effective communication skills

* Able to follow processes and internal controls
* Experience in a finance environment – desirable
* Experience in a logistics or similar industry - desirable
* Experience in billing – desirable
* Working towards or interested in working towards a financial qualification such as AAT – desirable
