Role
The University is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Hospitality Business Management (HE) to join the growing and exciting College of Food, to be part of the teaching team delivering high quality, inspiring, and inclusive programmes across their portfolio of courses.
Responsibilities
* Teach practical and theory subjects in areas such as Food Service and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Operations Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Employability Skills, and Entrepreneurism.
* Provide outstanding pastoral support and tutorage to diverse and ambitious student cohorts.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified.
* Industry experience across the Food, Hospitality, and Culinary sectors.
* Preferably sustained teaching experience within the HE field.
