Job Description
Hft is accepting applications for the role of Employability Coach as part of our Supported Employment provision in North Wales, based in Flintshire. We seek applicants to work within our supported employment team, providing on-the-job support for individuals with learning disabilities. This full-time role involves working across Flintshire, supporting individuals to develop skills and secure paid employment.
As an Employability Coach, you will help adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives by supporting their goals related to employment. Your responsibilities include helping individuals develop workplace skills, gain experience, and progress into paid jobs. You will provide high-quality, innovative support to help individuals build skills, develop CVs, and succeed in employment.

About You
You should have a positive, proactive attitude, enthusiasm for helping people with learning disabilities, and the ability to find creative solutions respecting individual needs. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partner organizations. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required.
