As a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors (enabled HR Transformation), you will play a key role in delivering HR technology solutions across transformation programmes. You’ll bring hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions that improve employee experience and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
* Lead specific workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration, or integration.
* Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
* Configure SuccessFactors modules and support deployment activities.
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
* Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership, and practice growth.
* Mentor junior consultants and support their development.
Your Profile
* 3+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
* Consulting experience in HR transformation programmes, ideally within a major consultancy or similar environment.
* Organisation Design, Process and Experience, Services Design and Delivery, Change Management
* Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in at least one SuccessFactors module.
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
* Exposure to integration tools and agile delivery methods (desirable).
* UK Security Clearance (desirable).
* Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience of proposition building and delivery.
