Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to join the team of an established soft service company in the Manchester area. This role is offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a reputable organisation, as well as flexible part time hours.
Role and Location
Manchester based (M3 postcode)
Temporary contract – 3 months with possibility of extension
16 hours per week (flexible)
£20-22ph paid weekly via umbrella
Responsibilities
* Taking the lead on the recruitment process, including supporting the sourcing of candidates for live vacancies across various departments
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement and screening through to arranging interviews and facilitating the offer stage
* Supporting the onboarding process for new starters by sending out welcome packs and new starter documentation, while ensuring all right-to-work checks and compliance requirements are completed
* Acting as a first point of contact for basic HR queries, providing support to employees and stakeholders
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment and onboarding experience
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role managing recruitment and onboarding
* Great organisational skills - you will be managing multiple plates at once and working hard to ensure a smooth process for all
* The ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams and candidates creating a positive experience
* Experience within HR previously - ideally with the onboarding processes, RTW checks and employee relations
