HR Assistant
We’re seeking an organised HR Assistant to support our HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement across the business. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain communications and notice boards, coordinate occupational health, and assist with HR admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle for permanent and casual staff
Pre-employment checks, contracts, and HR administration
Employee data analysis and reporting
Maintain notice boards and distribute communications
Support induction, engagement initiatives, and D&I activitiesRequirements:
HR experience, including recruitment and onboarding experience an advantage
CIPD Level 3 (or willing to work towards it)
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
Experience in fast-paced HR environments and handling confidential informationOffice based role
Salary circa £25k (DOE)
