Key Responsibilities
* Handle a busy and varied workload of employment matters, advising various employers, especially in the financial services sector.
* Work on complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract litigation (Employment Tribunal and High Court) under supervision.
* Assist with non-contentious projects like restructures (redundancy and TUPE) across jurisdictions.
* Provide employment advice via phone and email.
* Supervise and develop trainees and paralegals.
* Participate in marketing, networking, and business development activities, including client seminars and training.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training activities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Ideally 5+ PQE as a Senior Associate.
* Experience advising clients in financial services and multi-national companies.
* Experience with tribunal claims and contentious employment matters.
* Ability to think independently and provide commercial solutions.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Enthusiastic team player with flexibility.
