Responsibilities
* Lead and scale TikTok LIVE operations across key emerging markets, translating product vision and strategic direction into actionable business goals and execution plans.
* Own the regional livestreaming business: identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, and content partners.
* Drive online and offline marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, educational programs, and participation in industry events and forums.
* Partner closely with top creators to boost engagement and retention; contribute to revenue and monetization strategies by aligning product offerings with user demand and market trends.
* Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, marketing, or business operations in technology, media, entertainment, or related industries.
* 5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
* Strong business acumen and familiarity with the dynamics of emerging markets, has 0 to 1 market launch experience.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience launching and scaling teams or operations from the ground up.
* Strong understanding of local economic and financial landscapes.
* Proven track record in managing public or government relations is a plus.
