What you will be doing...
* Bring guest experiences to life, turning feedback into exciting improvements that boost satisfaction
* Transform feedback into opportunities to create standout moments and elevate service
* Build, energise, and lead a team that delivers top-notch experiences
* Own and resolve owner complaints with care and confidence
* Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise team efficiency.
* Keep finances sharp, managing owner sales and controlling costs like a pro
* Host unforgettable forums, drop-ins, and social events that delight your park's community
* Work closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
