Administrator – Helpdesk Team
Monday to Friday – 35 Hours Per Week - hours are either 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute break, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 60-minute break.
Salary: 22,000 - 23,000 GBP
Location: Bolton Office (Near Horwich Train Station)
Here at ISS, a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider in the UK, we are seeking an Administrator to join our established Helpdesk team based in Bolton. This is a full-time position during regular office hours.
You will support a dedicated team serving a banking client, handling helpdesk services including reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and cost/budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all supply chain jobs are processed according to SLAs and response times.
* Provide feedback on issues impacting contract performance or customer satisfaction.
* Keep the system updated with the latest job statuses and comments.
* Inform customers about job progress and delays.
* Encourage customer engagement and feedback via service questionnaires.
* Respond professionally to requests, log service requests accurately, and prioritize based on safety, criticality, and expectations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date system data.
* Ensure timely and accurate job closure through liaison with site colleagues.
* Contribute to achieving KPIs and quality standards.
* Manage complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining effective communication.
