Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
Full-time position
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 2:45pm
(45-minute lunch break each day)

I'm currently working with an OH Provider, seeking an OH Nurse to join their expanding team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse or OH Nurse to develop their career in a forward thinking organisation, covering a range of industries supporting employee health.
The successful candidate will play an integral role within the clinical team, delivering a professional, compassionate service that promotes the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. The role will involve assessing and managing minor injury and illness, delivering proactive health and wellbeing initiatives, and working closely with external organisations and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive occupational health treatment service to employees on-site, in line with client contracts
Deliver a wide range of services, including:
Wellbeing assessments
Health promotion, advice, and education
Health surveillance
Safety-critical medicals
Travel health assessments and vaccinations
Drug and alcohol testing
Offer professional advice, guidance, and support to patients
Conduct clinical assessments for individuals presenting with minor illness and injury
Evaluate fitness to work for specific job roles
Support the Occupational Health Manager in maintaining best clinical practice standards
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with professional guidelines
Requirements:
Clinical experience, ideally gained in A&E, intensive care, or similar acute settings
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with active NMC registration – essential
Previous Occupational Health experience desirable but not essential
Strong interest in health and wellbeing, with experience in delivering health promotion activities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Strong IT skills, including use of databases, Outlook, Word, and Excel
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous development
