A well‑established business based in Stockport is looking to wee an Administrator to support their customers and wider business operations.
Your new role
As the new Administrator, you’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling iing queries via phone, email, and in person
2. Creating new customer files and maintaining existing records
3. Preparing and issuing quotes
4. Supporting the administration of customer contracts
5. Ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey
6. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business depending on your interests, such as marketing, business development, and data analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
7. Previous administration experience
8. Strong customer service skills and confidence in customer‑facing situations
9. Excellent written and verbalmunication abilities
10. A proactive and organised approach to work
11. The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
