Role Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
* Deliver engaging team and 1:1 training sessions on conveyancing, sales progression, and compliance
* Provide expert guidance on AML regulations and property processes
* Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
