Tradewind Recruitment is looking for passionate and experienced Behaviour Mentors to join vibrant and inclusive mainstream secondary schools in Bromley. We have immediate full-time positions available, with both long-term roles and flexible daily supply options to suit your schedule.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll support students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance, working one-to-one and in small groups to help them re-engage with learning and make positive choices.

What we're looking for:
6. Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, mentoring, or similar)
7. A proactive, empathetic and patient approach
8. Confidence in managing behaviour and building positive relationships
9. A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
