2. Manage a caseload of service requests and complaints, utilising Salesforce to ensure timely resolutions.
3. Conduct thorough investigations while showing empathy and understanding, collaborating with staff to address customer concerns.
4. Identify areas for improvement from customer feedback and work closely with service heads for enhancements.
5. Promote and raise awareness of the feedback process to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.
