Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a temporary Hygiene Operative for a prestigious Catering client based near Gatwick. \n\nOur client supplies to top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh bespoke beverages. \n\nThe duties of a Hygiene Operative are: \n\nTo complete scheduled cleaning requirements in accordance with Health & Safety including COSHH, product safety, legality & quality requirements.\nPromote clean as you go and work to these standards daily.\nCleaning of equipment and production line to meet required standards.\nTo always wear PPE correctly, hairnet, safety shoes, chemical resistant gloves and other PPE required.\nHave pest awareness and report any activity to the Technical team.\nYou will have a proactive approach towards Hygiene requirements and strive to be multiskilled.\nDaily Warehouse, communal areas and offices cleaning.\nBatching Room Cleaning - Barrels, equipment, sieves, hoses\nWaste management.\nMaintain the company's highest hygiene and quality standards.Skills, Experience & Qualifications\n\nPrevious experience in food/drink production would be advantageous but not essential as the right attitude can make up for the lack of experience.\nBasic knowledge of Health & Safety.\nAbility to complete tasks thoroughly.\nBe reliable and able to work as part of a team.You will need to be 18 years old or above to apply as you will be working around the manufacturing of alcohol.\n\nThe location is extremely accessible via public transport links.
