We’re hiring a Product Designer on behalf of a creative technology studio that’s passionate about crafting digital experiences that matter. You’ll be joining a team that blends design thinking with technical rigour, working on products and services that positively impact users, communities and the planet.
What you’ll be doing
As UX/UI Designer, you’ll be central to shaping user-centred digital experiences. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle — from research through to prototyping and delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients, developers and strategists to understand user needs and translate insights into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
With experience across process-driven User Experience Design as well as high-fidelity user interface design, you’ll map user journeys and design wireframes and prototypes across a range of projects. You’ll design branded visuals and contribute to design systems that scale across platforms.
This role is varied and hands-on. You’ll be involved in everything from user research and accessibility improvements to supporting pitches. You’ll be part of a team that values openness, inclusion and continual learning.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Proven experience applying user-centred design principles.
* Strong UX design skills including wireframing, prototyping and journey mapping.
* Solid understanding of user research methods — qualitative and quantitative.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Ability to balance user needs with business and stakeholder goals.
* Comfortable working across branding, UI and service design.
* Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or similar.
* Bonus: experience with CRO, A/B testing, or working with data and trends.
* Bonus: experience across health tech, gaming, or content design.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
This role offers a competitive, annually benchmarked salary, flexible hybrid working, and a generous benefits package. You’ll receive private health insurance, a discretionary annual bonus, and 21 days holiday. In addition, they offer a personal development budget, subsidised personal training, weekly yoga, and an annual company holiday.
