Responsibilities
This role involves regulated work with children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Membership with the PVG scheme is essential, and preferred applicants will need to join or update their PVG membership before an offer is made.
The position is exempt from section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975, meaning applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones. Failure to do so may result in dismissal or disciplinary action.
