This role is crucial to enabling clinical teams to perform effectively and to ensure divisions are delivering their financial plans.The post holder will work closely with the Deputy CFO to provide leadership and direction to improve the financial performance of the Trust and deliver on the finance department's improvement programme.This role requires an inclusive and encouraging leader who will ensure the Trust's equality and diversity ethos and values are applied and promoted.
