Job title: Senior Cost Engineer Job Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Rate: £35 - 45 per hour Umbrella Start date: ASAP subject to clearance Location: Preston - Hybrid 2 - 3 days per week on site Hours of work: 37 hours per week Role information: - Apply project controls processes and procedures. - Regular interfacing and integration with the planning team to maintain an aligned financial position with the programme. - Drive solutions that optimise quality cost reporting. - Attend project meetings to maintain knowledge of project status. - Development and maintenance of cost collection structures in SAP - Monitoring of costs incurred and ensuring correct cost allocation. - Project cost forecasting. - Revenue and gross margin monitoring and reporting. - Ensuring corporate systems are up to date and an accurate reflection of the project.
