What you'll be doing
* Deliver safe and efficient solutions for road and rail projects; gain hands-on experience in both site and office environments; collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Assist with cost control, record-keeping, method statement drafting, and project planning; contribute fresh ideas and energy to our innovative projects.
* Occasional travel or periods of working away from home may be necessary.
You'll work with
* Site Managers, Technical Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that connect communities and enhance infrastructure.
* Engage with local communities and promote careers in the construction industry.
About You
* Adaptable and proactive with a relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Experience in a construction or engineering-related setting is helpful; eager to learn and develop your skills.
* A commitment to health, safety, and sustainability aligned with Octavius' values of quality, integrity and innovation.
