The Job
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be delivering high-quality data and reporting solutions that empower teams across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
* Designing and developing strategic and operational reporting solutions
* Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and report performance issues
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to align reporting with team needs
* Supporting self-service users with Power BI guidance and training
* Developing and maintaining Fabric data pipelines for certified datasets
* Promoting the importance of quality KPIs as drivers for change
* Staying up to date with Microsoft technology roadmaps and leveraging Fabric for innovation
* Providing documentation, training, and day-to-day support across BI functions
* Assisting IT colleagues with technical challenges and contributing to ITIL Change Management
You’ll be working with tools such as Power BI (DAX, data modelling, transformation, and visualisation), T-SQL, SSRS/Paginated Reports, and APIs. Experience with Fabric, Power Automate, Python, Azure technologies, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
