We are looking for a Change Associate to join our growing Change Function. About The Role As a Change Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of change management interventions across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and learn from a variety of stakeholders and highly experienced change professionals. Reporting to the Programme & Change Principal, you will support the successful delivery of change initiatives aligned to Royal Mail Group’s transformation agenda.
