Role Responsibilities: ?? What You'll DoAs An Assistant Nursery Manager?
?Support the Nursery Managerin overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
?Develop & deliveran engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to childrens needs
?Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
?Provide leadership & mentorshipto staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
?Enhance customer satisfactionby delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
?Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
?Manage operational recordsand support financial planning to ensure sustainability
Required Qualifications: ?? Ideal Assistant Nursery Manager Candidate
??Level 3 qualification or abovein early years education
??Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantageideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
??Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsto inspire and support your team
??Passionate about fostering childrens developmentand creating positive relationships with families.
