As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with our client’s marketing team to run campaigns from Creative brief through to final kit delivery. You’ll build strong relationships, keep projects moving smoothly, and deliver effective creative work across print, digital, film, animation and events.
What you’ll do:
* Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from brief and creative development, to production and delivery to restaurants, typically cycles lasting between 14-20 weeks.
* Be the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, providing great service, process knowledge and building strong trusted relationships.
* Work with internal teams (creative, digital, film, print production and insight) to shape compelling campaign responses and present recommendations clearly. Presentations will be both in person and online and you will be part of a wider group of agency partners all collaborating together.
* Capture, discuss and communicate client feedback, ensuring all changes are understood and actioned, having the confidence to challenge any amends that deviate from our strategy.
* Oversee project timelines, approvals and signoffs, working closely with the client, your internal stakeholders and other agency partners.
* Hand over assets accurately to the production teams, ensuring everything delivers on time. Communicating to all teams throughout.
* Manage and communicate budgets regularly, ensure projects stay on track financially, and flag any threats or concerns in a timely manner.
* Support the Account Director with reporting, campaign reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
* Take on new areas of responsibility as the account evolves (e.g., digital screens, artwork, new workstreams).
* Stay curious about the client’s market and bring fresh, on trend ideas, including a restless passion for all things retail and marketing.
* Co-host competitor and category safaris, visiting, tasting and keeping an acute eye on the market landscape.
What you’ll need:
* Experience managing multi-channel creative or marketing projects (agency experience a plus).
* Evidence your strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills with both internal and client stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own projects whilst also being part or a larger team who are running concurrent campaigns.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail - especially in a fast paced environment.
* A process-driven mindset, balanced with creativity and a willingness to challenge and innovate.
* An understanding of marketing production processes (support provided).
* A collaborative, positive attitude - we are big on teamwork and putting people first.
Nice to have:
* Marketing degree/qualification or equivalent
* Experience within a fast-paced agency environment
* Experience working with retail or QSR clients
Location:
Based either at the client’s North London office or at Linney Create in Nottinghamshire (with weekly travel and overnights to the client offices).
