We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service on Burghley Road, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where youll support individuals in a homely setting, helping them develop independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives. What youll be doing: Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities Providing personal care with dignity and respect Encouraging independence and life skills Supporting social activities and community involvement Building strong, trusting relationships within a residential setting Working Hours: Full time position Flexible across 7 days per week Shifts between 7:30am and 10:00pm Includes weekend working What were looking for: A friendly, outgoing personality A caring and patient approach Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern Willingness to provide personal care Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided) What youll get in return: £12.82 per hour Pension scheme Death in service benefit Early wage access Blue Light Card ??
