Online Customer Service Agent-
Must have atleast 3 years + experience answering customer email enquiries and dealing with customers on amazon, BQ and wayfair.
We sell on various online marketplaces such as amazon, wayfair, ebay and process over 2000+ orders per day, you must have working on these platforms
* Dealing with customer queries the majority of which by email, answering atleast 100+ customer emails a day. Most of these emails are enquiries of were their orders
* We can not accept your application unless you have experience with working on amazon, ebay and wayfair
* This is not a sales job
* Wages pounds per hour and overtime available
* Contacting courier companies by telephone for order enquiries
* Daily printing despatch/shipping labels
* Processing customer returns
* Job Type: Full-time 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, option for extra hours available
Previous experience and skills:
****Must have e-commerce experience***
Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment
Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook
Warehouse experience need
