iMultiply are supporting a forward-thinking business in their search for an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
This Assistant Accountant role sits within a client-focused finance team and offers a unique blend of financial operations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts, supporting communal service schemes, and ensuring the accurate handling of client-held funds.
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks:
* Managing quarterly client invoicing and resolving account queries
* Supporting communal utilities schemes, including EV charging and heat networks
* Overseeing client fund movements, reconciliations, and reporting
* Assisting with general finance tasks and providing team support
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Experience in property finance or factoring is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience in client-facing finance or property-related accounting
* Strong Excel and accounting system skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in a fully office-based role (Glasgow, 9–5)
