Overview
The Engineering supports manufacturing in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineer by applying engineering discipline, troubleshooting expertise, and safety principles as applicable to NNBC’s operations. This position works with production, quality, facilities, sales, and other functions as appropriate to troubleshoot issues, evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment, improve manufacturing efficiency, assure product and process quality and safety, and work with experts and vendors to design, fabricate, and assemble equipment and tooling in support of new and existing operations.
If you're a college student studying Mechanical engineering, Applied engineering, or Industrial engineering, you would be well-suited for this role. You will work on some projects as part of a team and eventually work independently on other projects after you are familiar with our processes.
Full-time summer, with the ability to stay on during the fall semester. Candidates must go to school and live locally for consideration. Paid.
