Job Title: Client Service Manager
Location: Bath
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
This is a newly created Client Service Manager position within a growing and evolving Wealth Management business. Following recent growth and integration across multiple offices, the firm has identified the need to strengthen leadership within the client service function and provide dedicated support to the Head of Client Service.
This role will play a critical part in leading the Senior Admin team, ensuring the client journey is delivered seamlessly, consistently, and with a strong focus on long-term client retention. It is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone experienced, proactive, and confident working closely with advisers and senior stakeholders.
The Role:
1. Lead and support the Client Relationship / Senior Admin teams
2. Act as a key support to the Head of Client Service, helping embed structure, consistency, and best practice
3. Drive a client-centric mindset, ensuring client experience and retention are prioritised
4. Support and motivate teams through change, bringing enthusiasm and clarity
5. Build strong relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and senior leaders
