As a Technician in our workshop, you'll carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves us performing at its best. You'll also complete road tests, maintain accurate records, and ensure all parts are handled and stored correctly. We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team, communicates well, and is confident supporting and mentoring apprentices when required.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent BTEC, City & Guilds etc.)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Confidence communicating technical information to colleagues and customers
* A commitment to ongoing training and development, including new technologies
* Experience using diagnostic equipment and completing quality checks, including road tests
* Previous experience in a dealership or retailer environment (desirable)
* Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles (desirable)
