Role
Saltgreen's is seeking a Clerical Assistant to deliver comprehensive, high-quality admin support to the Registered Manager.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently using initiative, as well as part of a team. You will have previous clerical experience, with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, and a good understanding of office procedures.
You must demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict timescales. Flexibility in your approach to work is also essential.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for telephone enquiries
* Inputting data into databases for recording and reporting
* Information management using MS Word and Excel to support the work of the Registered Manager
