The role: Joining at a senior level, you'll take on a broad caseload of private client work, including estate administration, succession planning, and matters relating to elderly clients. But beyond the technical delivery, you'll also help steer the team forward. There will be opportunities to lead through supervision, operational input, and by playing a key role in maintaining standards such as Lexcel compliance. You'll build strong relationships with other departments across the firm, encouraging cross-referrals and creating a joined-up client experience.
