Environment Engineer
Location: Telford (2 days per week on-site)
Contract: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: SC preferred or eligible
Key Responsibilities
* Apply SQLschemas and packages across multiple environments, including:
o 30 CESA VME STU
o 40 CRS
o 20 SLP WebLogic environments
* Manage and deploy SQL schemas, with a strong focus on VME schemas.
* Create and manage handovers for VME, WebLogic, and HostTalk environments.
* Perform upgrades and maintenance for development and test environments.
* Rebuild WebLogic domains and update properties files as required.
* Deploy HostTalk MSI handovers and manage version control across projects.
* Conduct housekeeping tasks for Unix/WebLogic environments
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in applying and managing SQL schemas.
* Strong knowledge of VME, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Windows, and SQL databases.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in VME, WebLogic, and HostTalk environments.
* Experience in deploying handovers and performing environment upgrades.
* Skilled in rebuilding WebLogic domains and managing configuration files.
* Excellent organizational skills for version management of HostTalk and GovRules.
* Familiarity with Unix/WebLogic housekeeping tasks.
