Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist visitors and colleagues, ensuring a smooth guest experience
* Coordinate logistics and handle office operations such as vendor deliveries and maintenance requests
* Order and stock office supplies
* Organise events and employee lunches
* Provide support to the local team with onsite questions and experience management
* Upkeep, stock, and maintain various areas within the office
* Collaborate with the onsite team to facilitate client visits, workshops, and training sessions
