Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Use innovative and inclusive teaching strategies to support all learners.
* Participate in the school's ECT induction and mentoring programme.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons as needed.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
* Support the ethos and values of the school community.
Qualifications
* A relevant degree and PGCE (or equivalent).
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
* No prior classroom experience required—enthusiasm and commitment are key.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* A growth mindset and a passion for professional learning.
